Spicy Peanut Sauce
Created using a traditional family recipe, our spicy peanut sauce has flavour notes of lemongrass and galangal running through it. Usually served as a dipping sauce for satay, it also makes an excellent salad dressing.
Roasted peanuts, lemongrass, galangal, onions, garlic, shrimp paste (crustaceans, cornflour), candlenuts, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, fennel powder, chilli powder, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Allergens highlighted in bold.
