Changes to our terms of service
Any changes we may make to our terms of service in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. However, we advise that you check this page regularly to keep up to date with any necessary changes.
- We will aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days.
- We currently use Royal Mail standard delivery so you should receive your delivery in two to three days after dispatch.
- We currently ship within the UK only.
- We include a minimum charge of £3.30 on all orders to cover postage and packing.
- Questions regarding postage, packing and deliveries can be asked here.
- Our delivery policy and/or charges may change in the future, if that should happen then this page will be updated the current information.
- We accept major debit and credit cards.
- Items returned in within 14 days of the purchase date will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please include any packaging or bags that the items were shipped in.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when sending return items.
- We are unable to refund delivery charges.
- Please email us here to obtain our address to return your items to.
- Faulty items and those returned (within the allotted period) will be refunded to the value of the purchase price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
